I am officially back in Fresno after putting together my solo show in LA, and what a whirlwind of time it's been for me!
I've honestly never been a fan of LA. I've always viewed it as an overwhelming city with Too Much, insane traffic, and no parking—and yet, it's the city with all of the cute, artsy fartsy boys.
But I admit that during my trip I found myself feeling more comfortable with the city.
And I no longer viewed myself as a tourist or passerby, but rather as an Angeleno.

Here's a look at some pictures I took on the morning walks with the dogs.

Absolutely loved this stove-shaped, cookbook themed little free library!!

I was also able to walk both of the dogs together, for the very first time!
I tried getting a picture of them together by the same mural from earlier, but Jerma's still working on holding his "sit" so this was the best I could get LOL

And here's Eden absolutely zonked out from being far from home—

I've slowly started falling "in like" with Santa Monica, West LA, and this little slice off of Pico Blvd.
And I've started to open my imagination up to a life—and future—here in Los Angeles.
