February Shop Update

My latest batch of pottery is here!
I ended up making mainly Mini Menagerie critters and some of the other smaller animal totems.
Some pieces sold via early access on my Patreon but there are still some friends left.

I had some fun with this group photo and ended up taking a couple of different versions.

And here's a look at everyone!
I started including a picture of everyone with a penny so folks can now really see the scale of these pieces.

I really love this experimental tiger totem despite not enjoying working with this clay.
It's got more grit to it compared to my Laguna Beach mix, but the final result may be worth it.

Here's a look at the Mini Menagerie!
I did some familiar faces as well as some new ones!
I'm especially proud that I finally made a little elk without breaking the antlers LOL

I love this itty bitty chicken so much!! This was originally a part of another piece, but they ended up being a little too large so I made a new chicken. But I didn't want to recycle this one so I ended up just firing it for the heck of it!

I'm still working on thinking up a fun name to call this category of totem.
I'm leaning towards something inspired by the dol hareubang of Jeju Island or the Moai of Easter Island.

I also had a couple of wall slab birds!
These were originally for a gallery exhibition, but I wasn't 100% happy and did not feel that they were up to snuff for the show.
I still don't know what I was thinking with this owl. It's something I'm definitely going to try making again.
