There are a few Ghibli films that have touched me on a spiritual level, and Princess Mononoke is definitely one of them. Seeing the invite to this show, I immediately knew that I wanted to make a piece inspired by Moro, the Goddess of the Wolves.

She does have some minor damage to her face.
I originally was going to pull her out of the show because I was so devastated.
But Giant Robot said that they'd still love to show her, and they'd just let folks know about the damage.

Moro has probably seen her fair share of scuffles, so I imagine she's had some facial scars every now and then over the course of her lifetime.

Show will run from November 29th until January 4th.
