Here's a look at my piece for Giant Robot Gallery's Yokai Show!

My piece was inspired by last year's annual Tule Fog that occurs here in the Central Valley of California.

The difference between prior years and last year's fog is that it ended up lasting over 22 days and blanketed about 450 miles of land.

During this time in the eternal grey, I decided to take inspiration from our ancient human ancestors, and created my own myth to explain why the fog was happening—

There was a great white wolf made of a ghostly fog that devoured the heavens and earth leaving us all in it's gloomy, grey belly. Until one day, this beast spat us all out and day and night was restored to the land once again.

Some transparency—This guy does have some cracks if you pick it up and look at it from certain angles!
They're not detrimental to the overall structural integrity of the piece but folks should be aware and the price is discounted!
